Common questions
- Do I need an account?
- No. Progress is saved on your device automatically. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email only if you want cloud backup and sync across devices.
- How much content is in the app?
- Thai: five levels with 1,600+ words, 150 reading passages, 45 dialogues, and grammar units. Chinese: five levels with 2,500+ words, pinyin/tones, Hanzi strokes, dialogues, and exercises.
- Why can't I hear Thai or Chinese audio?
- Make sure your device volume is up and the language voices are enabled in system Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content (iOS) or the equivalent on Android.
- How do I reset my progress?
- Delete and reinstall the app, or clear app data in system settings.
